If you find an identical item at a lower price from another authorised Australian retailer, we will gladly match it under the following fair-play conditions.
How Our Price Match Works (Total Landed Cost)
Since our prices automatically include delivery, our price match guarantee is calculated based on the competitor’s total landed cost. This means we match the competitor’s base item price plus whatever shipping and handling fees they charge to deliver the item to your specific postcode.
Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a price match, the competitor's product must meet the following criteria:
- Identical Item: The product must be the exact same brand, model, size, color, and SKU.
- In Stock: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery from the competitor.
- Australian Retailer: The competitor must be a registered Australian business operating an Australian online store.
Exclusions
Our price match guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, ex-demo, or warehouse-damaged items.
- Trade, B2B, wholesale, or membership-restricted pricing.
- Marketplaces and auction sites (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace).
- Typographical or pricing errors on a competitor's website.
- Items shipped directly from overseas distributors.
- Promotional discount codes applied at a competitor's checkout.
