Cloud Office Studio Products
- All products exclusively branded under Cloud Office Studio carry a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Buro Seating Warranty
Buro products are engineered for commercial durability and carry comprehensive warranties.
- Buro branded chairs are guaranteed for 1, 6, or 10 years to the original purchaser against faulty manufacture.
- This warranty excludes the upholstery material and any fair wear and tear.
- The guarantee is valid only if the chair is used for its designed purpose.
- All Buro guarantee claims must be supported by a proof of purchase from an authorised Buro dealer.
Elevar Warranty
Elevar products carry warranties against manufacturing defects and mechanical fault. The warranty period depends on the specific product:
- Elevar ENV, EON, and Vision Electric Adjustable Frames: 10 Years
- Elevar EON Manual Adjustable Frames: 10 Years
- Elevar Marco branded products: 7 Years
- Elevar Pluto and Eco Monitor Arms: 7 Years
- Elevar MaxiShift, CPU Holders, and Anti-Gravity Caddy: 5 Years
- Elevar Toro Floormat: 1 Year
- Elevar Valor Monitor Arms: Limited Lifetime
Elevar Warranty Exclusions:
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear during use, including castors and coated surfaces.
- Damage or deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to improper installation of the products.
- Damage due to improper handling, inappropriate use, neglect, or malicious acts.
- Changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light.
- The matching of colours, grains, or textures of natural materials.
- Damage, marking, or staining of veneer surfaces caused by contact with rubber or similar compounds.
- Damage from sharp objects, imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with any product purchased from Cloud Office Studio, please contact our support team immediately at support@cloudofficestudio.com. To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- Clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the fault.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or a full replacement depending on the nature of the defect and the applicable warranty terms.
